Natural Soap Colour / Color Natural del Jabón

Can you believe the amazing natural color this soap has just from the olive oil?  What an oil!  The soap from the Castille experiments have come out a little soft…. I was wondering if the oil could possibly be too good for soap?  But then this one… I am in love with the colour! It’s made with a lot of olive oil, but also Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, Shea Butter and a unique Essential Oil blend.

  5. Mika, I think you are right. I don't know about the acidity... we will have to see how the pH comes out, but the colour is amazing. This is the freshest oil I have ever worked with. The olives were picked and pressed last month!!! There is a big difference in the olives that are picked at the beginning of the season (more concentrated) as well. So these are the very best! Thank you for your comment. xoxo Jen

Michelle, I used my favourite recipe for this one, with a different EO blend, and it came out well.... well we will have to wait till it cures to see how it performs! But it is the nicest natural olive oil colour I have ever achieved. Glad you like it!!!! xoxoxo Jen

Nitya, Glad you can see the green! I took so many photos to try to reflect the actual colour. It even looks better in person. Here it comes out more yellowy... but it is really more green than yellow. Glad you like it!! xoxoxo Jen

Gracias!!! xoxoxo Jen

  6. Lovely green colour!
A warm natural ,olive green,I like it!
But I am afraid that within 2-3 weeks(or even less)is diminished the intensity of color,is something natural.
Anyway,it is such a nice natural olive oil colour and also I think it is a special olive oil.
