Happy New Year! ¡Feliz Año Nuevo!

I am excited about the New Year and what it brings, after such a wonderful 2011.  I feel it will be a positive year of creativity, inspiration, passion and growth for the business.   Estoy emocionada por el Año Nuevo y lo que trae, después del año tan maravilloso de 2011. Siento que va a ser un año positivo de creatividad, inspiración, pasión y crecimiento para el negocio.

Some Goals for 2012 / Algunos Objetivos para 2012:

·       Set up the new Artisan Workshop/ Lab in collaboration with the local town hall.  Poner en marcha el nuevo taller artesano / laboratorio en colaboración con el ayuntamiento del pueblo.

·       Get a proper Website set up, separate from the blog.   Conseguir una página web mejor, separado del blog.

·       Get all data into the new Soap Maker program http://www.soapmaker.ca/ and begin using it, in order to keep administration simple and organized   Meter todos los datos into nuestro programa nuevo “Soap Maker” y empezar usarlo, para mantener la administración más sencilla y organizada

·       Create 3 great new products (or more, but at least 3) Crear 3 nuevos productos fabulosos (o más, pero por lo menos 3)

·       Study Aromatherapy further, possibly take a course  Estudiar Aromaterapia más, posiblemente tomar un curso

·       Organize a get together of soap makers here in the area, most likely at the end of May  Organizar una reunion de jaboneros aqui en la zona, probablemente al final de mayo

·       Learn more about photography and get GREAT photos of all products  Aprender más sobre la fotografía y tomar fotos muy buenos de todos los productos

·       Find more local suppliers so I have to import less  Encontrar mas proveedores de España para que tenga que importer menos

·       Develop some products for a new Olive Oil mill that wants to collaborate  Desaroyar algunos productos para una Almazara nueva que quiere colaborar

·       Set up some new wholesale accounts  Conseguir algunos nuevos clientes mayoristas

·       Improve current equipment (for example get some great tray carts for soap drying racks…)  Mejorar el equipamento actual (por ejemplo conseguir carros bandejeros para el secado de los jabones…)
